Enable firewall access to our IP
our Steps:

open c://windows/system32/drivers/etc/host in notepad and add the IP address & domain names
Ex:- 172.xx.xx.xx domainname.com
add telnet client from Controlpanel->add/remove->turn on/off windows features-> add telnet client
To check go to command prompt -> type telnet domainname portnumber ex:- telnet domainname.com 8080
now we can call API
